My client is a highly-prestigious Australian consumer services organisation with a long and detailed history of success. A market leader in their field, they have deep partnerships in a variety of industries such as sports, media, entertainment and art. Their culture is forward thinking, focusing on flexibility, career development and employee satisfaction.Due to an internal promotion, there is a vacancy for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their collaborative team. Reporting into the Finance Manager you will have a broad set of responsibilities including:

Preparation of month end reporting
Taking ownership of balance sheet and general ledger
Maintaining the fixed asset register
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Lead the year-end close and audit process
Ad hoc projects and process improvements

You will be CA/CPA qualified with at least 5-7 years' experience from either a chartered (Big 4 or mid-tier) or complex commercial organisation.
