JOB DUCK IS HIRING INTAKE RECEPTIONISTSJob Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.based business, usually a law firm.The Intake Receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. They help to identify the extent to which our services match the clients needs. The Intake Specialist will also record details and case histories before a clients appointment. They act as an essential part of the team to ensure a smooth flow for a clients customer journey. Applying here is just the first step in our multiplestage application process.Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the followingScheduling meetings and consultations.
Answering phone and email queries.
Completing all intake paperwork and entering it into the businesss system.
Filing and maintaining electronic documents and records.
Maintaining a lead generation database to support business growth.
Other tasks as determined by the clientTo be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following15 Months of experience in a related field or a related degree.
Advanced or nativelevel English proficiency written and spoken.
Strong organizational skills
Customerfocused communication skills
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Phone etiquette.
Strong timemanagement skills.
Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed at least 30mbs.What can Job Duck offer youMonthly Compensation of 975 USD.
Salarycompensation paid in USD without the cost of wire transfer fees since payment is made through the Honduran company
Social Security and retirement benefits and contributions
13month payment in December of every year equal to 1 monthly salary if the employee has completed 1 year or more of continuous employment. If not, the employee shall receive the proportional amount for the time worked.
14month payment in June of every year equal to 1 monthly salary if the employee has completed 1 year or more of continuous employment. If not, the employee shall receive the proportional amount for the time worked.
Maternity Leave benefits for female employees
Paid annual leavevacation after completing 1 year of continuous employment with the company in accordance with Honduras Labor Code.
After 1 year of employment 10 days
After 2 years of employment 12 days
After 3 years of employment or more 15 days
Holiday pay rate where applicable
