What you get to do in this role: Process loan applications initiated by customers. Answer inbound customer service calls and emails. Perform outbound campaigns calls to boost sales. Handle chats with customers. Maintain high quality of communication with customers in all channels. Adhere to the internal SLA`s set for the respective channels. Demonstrate excellent attitude and collaboration to all customers and company employees.
