Responsibility for Italy and Greece. ** YOUR GOALS ** -Support in preparation of the monthly management reporting packages per country, identifying and analysing route cause of variation and completing management commentary for all lines of the P&L -Prepare country pack presentations -Support in the design, build and upgrade of existing commercial models -Partner with Country General Managers and Commercial Teams in evaluating both existing and new business opportunities, performing profitability reviews on both -Support design of country commercial strategy -Support the adoption of standard finance tools and processes -Provides input for budget and forecast cycles on defined scope combining FP&A data analytics with business insights with limited support -Clearly measure and communicate performance against these -Control and analysis of costs -Participation in current department projects and other tasks -With support, develops analysis incorporating non-financial driver KPIs to help partners monitor leading indicators -Support in the development of the financial aspect of the Integrated Business Planning process
