We have a thrilling opportunity to join Bath's only Michelin-starred Restaurant as an assistant restaurant manager to help drive the business forward apace. The Olive Tree Restaurant is a highly unique environment. As a very strong independent proposition, we are on the hunt for like-minded individuals who are rather keen to make their mark in the rewarding realm of top-notch hospitality.Whilst the bulk of this role is to be spent in the award-winning restaurant, it is also one that requires a commitment and willingness to work in all aspects of the food and beverage offering of the hotel and restaurant, including bar and room service, and breakfast.The assistant restaurant manager will take responsibility for managing rotas and will have awareness of the importance of managing hours and ensuring payroll budgets are met. A keen passion for wines and beverages is required, as the new assistant manager will be responsible for ordering wines and drinks, monthly stocktakes and updating wine lists.Furthermore, the assistant restaurant manager will have the leadership, confidence, and motivation to lead the restaurant service in the absence of the restaurant manager; also being part of the senior food and beverage team.
