Dormio is a successful developer of recreational real estate and has formed the basis of many holiday resorts in the Netherlands and Europe. In addition to being a developer Dormio has also been an operator and hotelier of holiday resorts since 2011. Dormio Group develops luxury resorts, holiday parks and hotels in top tourist locations. We are also responsible for the sale, rental and management of holiday homes at these destinations. We currently have 42 resorts, holiday parks and hotels in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France and Spain. In addition, as a fast-growing organisation, we are busy developing hotels and resorts at home and abroad. You will be working for one of these resorts in France, namely Dormio Resort Berck sur Mer; Dormio Resort Les Grand Massif Flaine; Dormio Resort Les Portes du Mont Blanc Vallorcine.- Carrying out check-ins and check-outs
- Welcoming and receiving individual guests and groups in a language understood by the guest.
- Presenting the residence and the surrounding area
- Building customer loyalty
- Taking calls for reservations (flats, restaurant) and dealing with e-mails
- Selling products or services (bakery service, restaurant)
- Use of "Wish" software to ensure effective communication with the housekeeping and technical teams
- Ensuring customer satisfaction during their stay and on departure and managing complaints with the site manager before communicating with head office and using the Amplix tool (reports provided by the site managers to improve the performance of each internal department)
- Creation of bookings in the Bookzo tool and modification of existing bookings (for on-site or loyal customers)
- Relations with travel agencies, suppliers, external service providers and liaison with the reservations team
- Communicating with the central reservations office for group or long-term bookings. Details of the group's particular needs are handled directly with the site reception.
- Maintain a communication link with head office (Reservations, customer service, service desk) in the Netherlands and the on-site team (Housekeeping, technical and restaurant).
- Counting cash floats at the end of the working day.
- Administration: sending invoices, quotes, purchases and certificates to customers- Ideally in possession of a BTS (Hôtellerie-Restauration), option A (marketing and hotel management) or training in Reception.
- At least one year's experience in the reception area of a 3*/4* hotel or residence
- Excellent presentation: a must!
- Organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proof of availability, responsiveness, autonomy and thoroughness
- Languages: French (fluent), English (fluent)
- Good computer skills
- Versatility if required
