You will report to the Director, APLA Responsible Supply Chain.
In your day to day, you will be actively working with the following key stakeholders: Partner Managers and Material Managers, Global Sustainability Subject Matter Experts, RSC Subject Matter Experts, Government and Public Affairs, Legal, Communications, External Engagements, as well as NIKE Manufacturing Partners.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe're looking for a APLA, Supply Chain Sustainability, Senior (focused on Latin America) to be based in Mexico City.
This role works with key apparel & materials manufacturers, and their leadership in sustainability is essential to ensure we meet our targets.
To be successful in this role, we need someone with deep expertise deploying strategies in global supply chains, preferably in a contract manufacturing environment.The successful candidate must be able to think strategically and translate strategies into action with clear and aligned plans across environmental and human rights initiatives.
Must be able to maintain clarity and drive accountabilities throughout course of planning and execution of strategy.
Communicate a vision and motivate others into action.
They will excel at driving change and will be regarded as a trusted leader who fosters teamwork and develops others
