Supply Chain Operator

• Provides IT logistical and support services to world’s recognized provider in global financial data service.
• Work in the first grade-A office in Central, supply with a high-class pantry offered free breakfast and refreshment.

• Comply with procedures to manage RMA orders.
• Hardware management including inspection, repairing, configuration.
• Handle client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Cooperate with team members to resolve clients’ request and internal inquiries.
• Coordinate with delivery team for daily delivery and order received.
• Backup Supply Chain at mail room, print room, production, logistics if needed.

• Form 5 / DSE or above.
• 1 year working experience in Supply Chain or relevant field.
• Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Service-oriented and able to multi-tasking.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-driven and responsible.
• Hands-on experience in SAP IM and SD modules is greatly favorable.

• Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00
