- Identify stakeholder needs and analyze operational processes to provide solutions and strategies.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap.
- Plan feature development.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Translate product managers’ strategies into actionable tasks for development.
- Write specifications to guide developers in product implementation.
- Provide input to improve UI/UX.
- Set up User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verify bugs/issues.
- Monitor products, track new features, and analyze areas for improvement.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale products.
- At least 3+ years in a leadership role, including end-to-end product design.
- Experience with VPN or instant messaging products.
- Strong understanding of VPN or messaging products.
- Ability to drive architecture and technology decisions for large-scale web applications.
- Proven capability to lead products through the complete development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using mockup software to design UX/UI, layout, and navigation flows.
- Ability to clearly explain complex problems concisely.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving design discrepancies.
- Always seeks the simplest solutions.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong decision-making, risk management, problem-solving, communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and issue anticipation skills.
- Practical technical leadership experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
- Passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset.
- Capable of making timely decisions amidst uncertainties and incomplete information.
