- Roll-out Kennametal strategy thru channel partners in the Toscana, Marche and Umbria provinces.
- Report market information and needs to supervisor, marketing and the different supporting functions of the company.
- Work closely with the local distribution sales force to identify new sales opportunities and promote Kennametal products in the assigned geographical area.
- Promote products and services in order to achieve assigned sales goal; favorably influence the product selection in targeted accounts.
- Support and participate in team sales initiatives where applicable by gathering and communicating pertinent information for assigned accounts.
- Develop and grow partnerships with end users together with the distributor. Negotiate contracts, programs and other agreements.
- Suggest and participate in local marketing actions and initiatives to promote the Kennametal brand, in respect of the allocated costs.
- Experience on metal cutting tool industry is crucial.
- Sales experience in B-to-B ideally with distributors. Experience in leading commercial negotiations.
- Energized and positive with an open-minded entrepreneurial mindset.
- Qualification in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
- An innovative and self-motivated individual who is able to work independently.
- Able to communicate in English.
