Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development Manager responsible for acquiring new customers in line with the market growth roadmap. In this role, you will develop pipeline of new prospects and deliver on top line and bottom line growth and build strong customer partnerships. This is an individual contributor role, and the position will be based in Chakan, Pune handling entire West region and report into the Business Development Director - South Asia Markets. What You Will Do New Business Development - Map, prioritize and pursue business opportunities with new customer prospects with focus on category growth and portfolio deployment in line with market strategy. Customer Management - Manage customer journey right from prospect stage, start-up phase and up until successful handover to account management teams. Cross Functional Collaboration - Work jointly with internal stakeholders to develop proposals that meet the needs and objectives of the prospects. Portfolio Deployment and Roadmap execution - Ensure that fit for purpose Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed which delivers a strong value proposition. Networking & Market Intelligence - Expand & develop connections in the Food & Beverage industry from a business development perspective.
