How you'll make an impactFinancial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes for the Global Centre.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other financial documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and address any audit findings.
- Identify and assess financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial risk management.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, supporting business growth and profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall organizational goals.
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the finance department.
- Promote collaboration and cross-functional partnerships to achieve financial objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting. Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance financial analysis capabilities.
- Degree educated
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A role.
