- Ensuring thorough understanding of project terms (contract) and Unispace 80/20 methodology Executing project delivery strategy
- Preparing project financial reports and product presentations
- Ensuring risk and liability insurance in place
- Budget and net profit targets met
- Accurate and timely reporting of project performance
- Effective manufacturer and sub contractor negotiation
- Secures repeat client business
- Managing client and supply chain vendors (project specific stake holders)

- Leading the integration of disciplines (Strategy, Client Relations, Business Development, Marketing, Design and Project Management) to enable the effective delivery of our Unispace 80/20 methodology

- Effective internal communications throughout all phases of the project

- 3+ years of Furniture experience
- Healthy and safety standards
