- Be one of the key contacts or IT Helpdesk calls and to respond to, and resolve issues, with minimal supervision.
- Provide general workstation and end-user support, including communication with and supervision of external vendors and contractors.
- To ensure all data is maintained in accordance with the Company policies and procedures.
- Acquire and maintain an expertise in IT applications and solutions adopted by the Firm, act as a trainer to new starters and be a central point of contact for answering queries.
