- Platform Architecture Development: Lead the design and development of the Dynamics 365 platform architecture, ensuring that it meets the organization's scalability, reliability, and performance requirements. This will enable digital business development.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to product teams in designing, implementing, and integrating solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices for platform development and solution implementation to ensure consistency and reliability across all products.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the Architecture Competency Center, Dynamics 365 Platform Owner, product teams and relevant parts of our Infrastructure team to align platform architecture with overall organizational objectives and strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including product teams, business leaders, and technical teams, to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with platform architecture.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of platform architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure transparency.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Dynamics 365 and platform architecture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the platform's capabilities and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (7+ years) as a Platform Architect or similar role, with a focus on Dynamics 365.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, components, and capabilities, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, particularly in Microsoft Azure, and experience with Azure services relevant to Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in architecting and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure are highly desirable.
