- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.
- Assist with offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and training programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
