This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in various aspects of HR management within a dynamic and mission-driven organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.
  • Assist with offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and training programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
