This role is in one of our most strategically important clients in New Zealand and will be a key contributor to protecting our client’s critical assets – their customers, and reputation. In this role you will:
  • Work effectively with business stakeholders to identify and agree on business requirements that are easy to understand and fit for purpose.
  • Bring your curiosity and creativity to innovate and bring to market new products and experiences for customers.
  • Make significant contributions to a product roadmap and delivery plan.
  • Influence progress through relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail when developing requirements and other project artifacts.
The role will be based in Auckland, New Zealand in a hybrid work environment (minimum 3 days in office per week). The role will split time between our clients and Visa’s state of the art offices.Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a contribution to bringing new products to the market.
  • Extensive business analysis experience and detailed knowledge of analysis tasks, elicitation techniques, documenting, presenting, and managing requirements with different stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with proven influencing and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage with people across different levels and with a variety of business and technical backgrounds.
  • Ability to outline business requirements and articulate these in a way technology can deliver.
  • Solid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines, and procedures.
It will be highly regarded if you have:
  • Banking experience and an understanding of the financial services sector.
  • Good understanding/experience in banking technologies.
  • Experience that demonstrates the effective use of Confluence and Jira.
