Let your light shine in our company!OpportunityThe Credit Analyst/ Admin plays a pivotal role in evaluating the creditworthiness of current and potential borrowers. This person will also assist in the administrative tasks crucial to the efficient functioning of the department or organization. This position requires a meticulous individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.ResponsibilitiesAssess the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses applying for loans or credit lines.Analyze financial data such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to determine risk levels.Evaluate credit reports, credit scores, and other relevant information to make informed decisions.Prepare comprehensive credit reports and recommendations for loan approvals or rejections.Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for credit analysis, identify potential risks, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.Communicate credit decisions to relevant parties in a clear and timely manner.Provide support and guidance to colleagues on credit-related matters when needed.Manage and maintain accurate documentation of loan applications, approvals, and denials.Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders and streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Participate in training sessions or professional development activities to stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit analysisProactively suggest improvements to policies, procedures, and systems to optimize credit evaluation processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.Proven experience in credit analysis or financial analysis.Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and credit risk assessment techniques.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis software.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.Job BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, Holiday and Paid Time Off.Non-corporate, casual, entrepreneurial, comfortable, fun, and proactive work environment.High-level performers, disciplined, and self-motivated people will do VERY WELL in this environment.LIFE SURGE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
