Supplying into the commercial and residential sectors, they produce products for a range of clients including schools, hospitals, and hotels in over 20 countries, providing innovative solutions to ensure a healthy indoor and outdoor climate.You will be responsible for consulting with clients on their product range and nurturing existing accounts with outbound warm calls, alongside performing a range of sales support duties such as processing orders, and coordinating stock availability.You will add direct value to a forward thinking, vibrant team, within a role which you can make your own.The role:
Dealing with all sales enquiries and being an internal point of contact for customers
Chasing overdue orders, quotations and monitoring ongoing projects
Maintaining client files and ensuring accounts are nurtured with outbound warm calls
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Set up new customer accounts
The person:
Customer service advisor, administrator or similar
Ideally any experience within a construction company
