- Monitor computer networks for security issues.
- Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.
- Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.
- Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause.
- Work with the security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.
- Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
- Stay current on IT security trends and news.
- Perform penetration testing.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, BSIT or similar fields
- Knowledge of PCI DSS, NIST, IEC 62443 and ISO270001 cybersecurity frameworks
- CCNA / Security + / Network + or equivalent certification is a plus
- Hands on experience on Vulnerability Scanning , Penetration Testing Tools
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience on Linux/Unix OS is desirable.
- Knowledge in Window Server administration and management
- Knowledge in Security devices and tools like IDS, Application firewalls, Virtual firewalls, Proxy, Anti-Virus, AD, Radius, Syslog, VMs, Backup
- Amenable to work full-time onsite ( Ortigas, Pasig )
