Salary: Negotiable depending on experienceOur client, a creative, digital and design advertising agency based in the Northeast, is looking to expand their Client Services Team with a new ambitious and motivated Account Manager.As Account Manager, reporting to Account Director, you will manage high level, proactive key accounts. Candidates must demonstrate ability to plan, support and ensure ‘on-time/on-budget’ delivery for all agency services and outputs.Role and responsibilities:
- Excellent client service.
- Proactive management of the execution of all projects and campaigns, from concept to delivery of omnichannel marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Build excellent relationships internally to support the delivery of projects, on time and to budget, whilst ensuring a profitable return.
- Share of responsibility for the profit/loss/growth achieved within own portfolio of accounts.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work and service to encourage clients to return to us over a prolonged period.
- Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience of managing large accounts within a creative or digital agency.
- Excellent organisational and proofreading skills.
- A positive, pro-active attitude.
- A strong awareness and aptitude for marketing.
- High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Computer literacy with main MS Office software.
