Job Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain, monitor and perform routine facility and equipment maintenancePerform basic troubleshooting / corrective maintenance and restorationConduct routine inspection on building, perimeter/fence and other facilities. Perform minor repair if needed.Provide assistance to HO support or third-party contractor during maintenance/ project activity.Prepare and submit reports, forms, and other necessary documentations.Ensure that electrical and gen set room are clean.Receive and submit copies of utility bills and other documents to HO.Maintains highest level of cleanliness in work/ storage areasPerforms other work-related duties as assigned.
