- Minimum 1 year experience in a 1st/2nd line Support Role
- Problem solving mindset and able to think logically.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of networking
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Great customer service skills both over the phone and in person
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Take full ownership of tickets
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team to achieve team objectives.
- Ability to deliver work to set targets.
- Self-motivated - able to work unsupervised; uses own initiatives to ensure effective outcome the want to learn new skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence
