至少5年及以上化工企业运行经验，或化工设计经验；
At least 5 years or above experience in process operation or design of chemical industry; * 具有丰富的主持HAZOP/LOPA/SIL分析经验；Have rich experience in hosting HAZOP/LOPA/SIL analysis; * 具有良好的沟通能力；Good communication skills; * 具有独立解决问题的能力；Have the ability to solve problems independently; * 能适应经常出差；Can go business travel frequently; * 具有良好的英文听/说/读/写能力，能主持英文HAZOP/SIL分析会议。Good English listening / speaking / reading / writing skills, able to conduct HAZOP/SIL meetings in English. * 化工专业硕士学历Master's degree in chemical engineering
