- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing our traditional services and innovative SaaS solution to provide unparalleled value in online shopping and size recommendations.
- Analyze market trends to inform sales strategies across both traditional services and digital products, particularly focusing on e-commerce enhancements and customer experience improvements.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability and client satisfaction, ensuring seamless integration of our traditional services with our innovative SaaS solution.
- Monitor sales metrics across services and digital products, adapting strategies as needed to meet evolving market demands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across both our traditional services and digital offerings.
- Develop a robust digital content strategy to promote our alterations, dry cleaning services, and SaaS solutions, enhancing online presence and driving customer acquisition.
- Other duties as required and assigned.
- Regular travel required.
- Proven success in strategic sales roles, with a strong experience in retail, fashion, eCommerce, or technology-related fields, including software sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive skills, coupled with robust analytical capabilities, to effectively engage clients and partners, analyze market trends, and develop strategic sales plans.
- Advanced proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a keen understanding of eCommerce strategies, digital marketing, and software solutions. This includes proficiency in Microsoft Suite and digital analytics tools, with the ability to convey complex trends and strategies effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, understand, and present trends both internally and externally, crafting strategies that align with evolving market demands and technological advancements.
