You will be committed to providing a person centred, and strength-based approach from initial referral, encompassing the views of multidisciplinary professionals, families/carers, and external agencies to provide ideal outcomes and safe discharge for service users.About the roleYou will need a degree in social work to be considered for this position, and a background in Adults Services would be highly desirable. It is essential you have a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.You will be required to work 5 days over 7, some weekend work is required to meet the services requirements.What's on offer?
Salary up to £42,403
28 days annual leave (increasing to 32 days after 5 years' service)
