To be successful in this role you will haveProven experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a franchise dealership (Essential).
Proficiency in using pinnacle DMS.
Strong organisational skills
Exceptional customer service aptitude
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
The capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
Resilience, a positive outlook, and motivated to excel at every task.
Commitment to achieving KPIs.
A valid UK driving license.
