As a Panel Wirer, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical control panels used in various industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.Responsibilities:Panel Assembly: Assemble electrical control panels according to engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Wiring: Perform accurate and neat wiring of panels, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.Component Mounting: Mount and secure electrical components such as switches, circuit breakers, relays, and other devices within the panels.Testing: Conduct basic functional tests on completed panels to ensure proper wiring and functionality.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve wiring issues or discrepancies during the assembly process.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of panel wiring, including labeling and documentation of connections for future reference.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets quality standards and complies with relevant safety regulations.Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to understand project requirements and provide input on design improvements.Tools and Equipment: Properly use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment required for panel wiring tasks.Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in panel wiring to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience as a Panel Wirer or similar role in an industrial setting.Technical Skills:
