About the RoleThe UAS Talent Acquisition Team have been developing new and innovative ways to recruit, and we now need a senior manager who can help both the team, and the service develop even further.In addition to leading the talent acquisition service across the UAS, you will contribute to the development future recruitment services for the division, and the University more broadly.You will also be responsible for seamlessly integrating our equality and diversity objectives into all talent acquisition activity.About YouYou will have extensive experience of leading a highly professional talent acquisition team with the ability to continuously improve the operation.Your management skills and leadership experience will be essential in supporting the development of a high performing team, ensuring each individual is able to reach their full potential.You will also have first class stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of seniority.The job description provides further details so please read it carefully and outline in your application how you meet the requirements of the role.Application ProcessPlease provide a supporting statement outlining how you meet the selection criteria along with your CV, and the details of two referees as part of your online application.The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Tuesday 28 May 2024.Interviews will take place during week commencing 3 June 2024, and will be face to face.
