Brand Manager Strong Roots

- Participate in building and executing the innovation pipeline for Strong Roots for both FS and retail channels. Packaging development and adaptations of the CE ranges per channel within Strong roots brand guidelines
- Lead renovation projects in strong collaboration with R&D and strongly connected to all involved departments (quality, supply, regulatory ...)
- Execute part of the brand build initiatives within the overall brand build strategy (content & asset development, promotional mechanics, events) in strong coordination with the planning & activation teams
- Ensure effective tracking of brand/range performance and analysis of results
- Contribute to design of presentations for internal/external engagement around the brand growth strategy
- Support market research implementation and analysis of results aiming to define and scope most relevant areas of development for Strong Roots brand
- As project manager, engage the broader organization on her projects and ensure deliverables are within defined timelines and quality standards
- Master degree in marketing
- At least 2 to 3 years experience ideally gathered with FMCG company
- At least a 1st successful experience running projects within complex/ international environments
- Good understanding of Marketing Mix and its levers
- Excellent communication skills, both written as spoken
- Fluent in English and French, (an extra language is a plus)
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to drive engagement and influence
- Highly curious with passion for food and food trends
- Strong ability for problem solving at operational level whilst understanding the strategic framework you operate within
- Highly agile and solution provider to overcome daily challenges/hurdles enabling on time delivery of missions and tasks
- Accountability on packaging development/ execution and identified brand assets. Informs decision making (ie. recommendation building) wr. renovation projects. Tracking of quality as related to product design (ensure product design is aligned to proposition).
