- You are responsible for developing and managing sales of our digital solutions to potential and existing customers. You develop a client portfolio, generate leads, build strong relationships and close sales.
- You build the right internal team, determine a clear and differentiated strategy, win the client’s selection process, negotiate an acceptable contract and sign the deal.
- You understand the client’s key objectives and challenges and are able to translate to these to specific solutions from within the broad Fujitsu portfolio.
- You indirectly lead and directly inspire several European teams in breaking open new markets and closing deals.
- You stay up to date with trends across several industries to maintain a competitive edge, and attend industry events and conferences to network.
- You were in a relevant sales or commercial role in an international professional services or technology provider environment.
- You bring at least 7 years of successful sales experience of multi-million projects, combining a strong knowledge of Data and/or AI.
- You have a track record of successful acquisition of new logos and significant development of revenues.
- You ideally understand how to sell projects of which delivery resources are located abroad (nearshoring or offshoring).
- You are fluent in English and master the official language of the country you currently reside in.

- You are part of a flat organizational culture, with close contact to the CEO and several other senior managers across the global organization.
- You are a sole contributor but have the freedom to inspire, coach and guide multiple sales people – across EMEA - towards a new perspective.
- You reside in your country and have a working contract typical for that country, but are expected to be internationally mobile and travel up to 30%.
