Oversee the progress of transformation efforts in alignment with long-term goals, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive rollout of various change initiatives.
Create a strategic roadmap and structured framework for a large-scale organizational transformation or change initiatives.
Collaborate with all departments head to drive activities that shape and influence the organizational culture.
Implement targeted and timely interventions while developing effective change management plans to address and mitigate risks and resistance.
Promote awareness of change management methodologies and best practices to ensure the successful handling of change.
Establish and advance the aspirations of the Change Management with the goal of enhancing change capabilities within the organization.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in transformation or organization change management in a big corporation / MNC / consulting is preferred.
Prior experience in leading and organizing large-scale transformation efforts is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in change management and behavior-shaping frameworks and methodologies.
Possession of a Change Management certification, such as Prosci, is considered advantageous.
