We also cater for larger groups and events, such as parties and business meetings.Master the art of exceptional customer service whilst enjoying a fun and inclusive workplace where every day brings new challenges and opportunities! You’ll receive a high level of training, honing your skills in food preparation and beverage service and developing your teamwork and communication skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.We are offering hospitality apprenticeship roles in Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Macclesfield and Wilmslow.Please to see the job profile.Apprenticeships @ EverybodyWe recruited our first apprentices in 2015 and since then have employed 63 people in a diverse range of roles. Some have since started their progression into management roles or are delivering Personal Trainer programmes for customers.We work closely with our training providers to deliver high-quality apprenticeships that cover personal development and soft skills as well as the core educational elements of the apprenticeship.Developing our people to be the best is one of our four strategic aims and is at the core of our business. We’re very proud of the quality of our apprenticeship scheme & the opportunities that it provides. 18-month (approx.) apprenticeship programme
37 hours per week including early mornings, evenings & weekends (operational roles)
Starting salary of £14,816 (current rates) per year for full time, with 6 monthly performance-based pay rise
25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days after 5-years service)
