  • The role oversees scope, planning, budgeting, definition and initiation of digital HR initiatives and projects in line with the digital transformation agenda of the company.
  • Engage and partner with HR Specialists and operational teams to ensure project objectives are achievable and meet quality standards.
  • Own and manage applications and data value on the HR domain (Recruitment, On-Boarding, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Performance & Goal Management, Workforce Planning and any other HR modules) which are implemented from time to time.
  • Participate and coordinate with IT, Business Units, HR and outsourced vendors to analyze all HRMS requirements and develop and implement various HRMS projects and processes based on Business Unit requirements.
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS interfaces, upgrades, and patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
  • Be an advisor, trainer, and guide to all the HR module administrators of systems on configuration, upgrade features and best practices on business processes.
  • Identify opportunities and solutions for HR process automation to enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee functional and module administrators HRMS system to always ensure seamless functioning of these modules with 100% accuracy. * Develop, maintain and support a variety of reports, documentations and user manuals using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing needs.
  • Help maintain data integrity in systems & optimize for future use.
  • Track emerging HRMS system technology and trends and propose relevant platform for consideration Implementation of HRMS system and manage change.
  • Provide local and central HR data analytics and reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide support to resolve issues.
