- Provide front-line technical support to our 200 employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage asset inventory, including provisioning devices, and executing a long-term strategy to upgrade devices within budget.
- Administer user accounts and permissions for various systems and applications, including JumpCloud, Google Suite, Zoom, JIRA/Confluence, Asana, and Slack.
- Procure, renew, and negotiate contracts and services with vendors.
- Strategize and execute acquisition onboardings, including but not limited to employee onboarding, data and systems migrations, and license consolidation.
- Partner with the People Team to create best-in-class onboarding workflows that leave employees empowered and ready to go beginning on day 1!
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across our 2 offices and 14 retail locations.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular backups of critical data and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Partner with the People Team to conduct smooth offboardings and transitions for departing employees.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all workstations and conference rooms are operational and easy to use for all of our employees and guests.
- 4+ years of professional IT experience, including at least 3 years directly supporting end-users
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Or, you have work equivalence.
- Experience in both IT support and administrative capacities in a cloud-based environment.
- Strong technical proficiency within our stack: Mac OS, Google Suite, MS Office, Zoom, Atlassian, 1Password, JumpCloud, Meraki, Ubiquiti, and Slack. Automation within this stack is a plus.
- Experience in Google account migration/consolidation, specifically related to the merging of separate domains.
- Major bonus points for industry certifications such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Google Certified Administrator!
- Proficient knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and with a service-oriented demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization…and we mean ALL levels!
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize the highest-impact projects, and deliver them through to completion.
- Experience implementing IT security best practices and tools.
- Proficiency in leveraging an MDM solution for all devices across the organization.
- This is a full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, Colorado (Cherry Creek area), working a hybrid schedule of ~3 days/wk in the office.
- Targeted compensation range for this role: $70,000-85,000K/year, dependent upon experience.
- This position will occasionally require weekend or off-hour shifts to reduce downtime to employees during core business hours (M-F, 8-5pm MST)
- Occasional travel may also be required; less than 5% of your time
