You will play a key role in delivery of learning success and supplementary tutoring services available to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students at RMIT through theThe role will support the Ngarara Willim Centre and will work closely with others across RMIT to lead the continual improvement of the Ngarara Willim Tutor portal that will support the Ngarara Willim Centres’ Indigenous Learning Success program.About YouTo be successful in this position, you’ll have as a minimum:Experience in program delivery and project management.Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with staff at various organisational levels and work cooperatively as a member and lead of a team.Well-developed organisational, planning and analytical skills.Proven ability to engage a wide range of people within a complex environment.Demonstrated ability to capture and analyse data and contribute to student success.Experience working in the Higher Education sector, understanding Aboriginal and/or Torres Islander students’ academic needs.Desirable: A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or an equivalent and relevant work experience preferably with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
