- Participate in strategic planning discussions and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Experience in sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
