This role involves maintaining the quality of client and prospect data in the CRM, devising and executing strategies to enhance customer relationships, and generating regular reports on sales team performance.What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Responsible for the quality of the clients and prospects data in the CRM. This includes ensuring accuracy, updates, and follow-ups.
- Propose and implement actions to enhance our customer relationships.
- Work on improving overall customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Produce regular and on-demand reporting on the sales team activity and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2/3+ years) in CRM management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in English and native Portuguese or Spanish.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and presentation tools.
- Experience in customer segmentation, campaigns management, and customer journey mapping.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
