- Develop production schedules to ensure timely delivery of HDPE pipes while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet manufacturing targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of HDPE pipes.
- Parameter setting and die setting of machines.
- Thickness controlled and different size thickness formulation
- Modification of Compounds & process systems to achieve better production to customer satisfaction.
- Oversee quality control procedures to ensure that HDPE pipes meet industry standards and customer specifications. Implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent shortages or overages.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality inspections, maintenance schedules, and other relevant data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and training programs for production personnel.
- Marketing and Sales Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales materials for HDPE pipes.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and business opportunities to expand the market share of HDPE pipes.
- Prepare regular reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Respond to inquiries, provide technical information, and generate sales leads for HDPE pipes.
- Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with products and services
- Develop new business relationships with potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals for HDPE pipes.
- Collect feedback, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
