- Ensuring that the development of projects under your responsibility is carried out efficiently, meeting the technical requirements and deadlines agreed with customers, as well as optimizing the economic indicators associated with them, namely control of invoicing, compliance with margins, avoid non conformance costs and focus on claim management, always guaranteeing the quality of the final product supplied;
- Designating, planning and coordinating the tasks of the resources involved in the development of the projects for which they are responsible, as well as optimizing their levels of productivity and efficiency, motivation and team spirit;
- Ensuring the necessary conditions for the execution of the tasks of the engineering and commissioning team, e.g. guaranteeing in time all supplies and technical information, timely kick-off project meetings, HST coordination, guaranteeing from the customers that all the conditions for site acceptance tests are assured;
- Ensuring compliance with Siemens S.A. policies, and the SI sector, regarding Compliance processes, as well as Quality, Environment and Safety Management related to this business area;
- Ensuring compliance with the Siemens S.A. in terms of Project Management, guaranteeing the full implementation of PM@Siemens directives;
- Ensure the levels of performance, functionality and quality of the solutions provided, as well as customer satisfaction at all stages of the supply chain;
- After completion of the project, ensure its handover to the person responsible for after-sales services where there are maintenance contracts, and long associated warranty periods, at this stage the list of unused equipment must be made available for updating Siemens stock, provisional acceptance certificates and any documentation considered important for the performance of the after-sales tasks of each project;
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a major in Energy;
- Minimum 3 years experience managing substation automation or medium voltage projects preferably;
- Good level of English;
- Motivation to learn;
- Good communication and customer orientation;
- Dynamism and creativity;
- Full availability for travel within the country;
- Good ability to work in a team.
