- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate user requirements into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
- Design and implement responsive, accessible, and high-performing React components and applications
- Optimize the UI for maximum user experience and accessibility
- Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the product
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, frameworks, and best practices
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on the team
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX developer, with a strong background in React
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries
- Hands-on experience with React, Redux, and other related technologies
- Experience with analyzing and exporting components from Figma. Interpreting layouts, responsive design, and states.
- Familiarity with UI design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant and user-friendly solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in an agile software development environment
- Knowledge of Atomic Design
