- An expert in Sales and CRM processes and corresponding interfaces, Ideally, you also have expert knowledge in the processes of the shipping area
- Perfect at guiding our customers in how to best utilize the IFS applications functions in relation to their business requirements.
- Confident in designing and documenting solutions, challenge and advise customers, and deliver on expectation thus ensuring success for both parties.
- Triggered by the contrast of understanding the business objectives and end-to-end processes, as well as digging down in details to achieve the best possible solution for both the customer and IFS.
- Used to work in projects with implementation/upgrade of systems/applications or aftermarket processes on the customer or vendor side.
- Experienced in advising customers; from scoping solutions to implementation and rollout.
- An academic background with a university degree in IT, Engineering or Business Administration.
- Experience in working with an ERP or best-of-breed system as a consultant, as key user at an end customer or other software supplier, with minimum 3+ years experience.
- In depth knowledge of the processes in the Sales, CRM and Shippment area.
- A profound interest in how systems can support business processes.
- Commercial focus, business acumen and a “can-do” attitude.
- Fluency in Polish as well as English (proficiency in any additional European language will be an asset)
- Ability to work under time pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize actions in several projects at the same time
- Experience from working with IFS Applications
- Experience of working in IT-projects; leading workshops, writing specifications, configuring applications, conducting training, documentation, etc.
- Experience from modern applications and mobile solutions. Understanding of relational databases, SQL and XML is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
- Understanding of key modelling techniques (proficiency in the use of 2C8 scope modelling tool will be an asset)
- Experience and ability to act in the role of Presales when required
