Are you a teacher with Early Years experience?Would you like a full-time role but hate spending evenings and weekends planning?Then, carry on reading!Flourish Education are looking to recruit a supply teacher to work in a school in the Dudley area on a full-time basis after Half Term until at least July. The school is an Outstanding, one-form entry Primary with a teacher needed for 5 days per week to cover maternity.The position is a long-term role working with the school until the end of the academic year. The school would prefer applications from experienced teachers so at this time Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are not suitable.The best part? No planning required!Job role

Teaching in an Early Years class
Working 5 days per week
Delivering lessons planned by the EYFS lead
Reporting pupil progress against targets/action plans
Work with year group partner to plan lessons
Build relationships with the pupils, parents and staff
Attend CPD relevant to the role – whole staff and SLT meetings
Show secure subject knowledge to support learning
Follow school policy regarding behaviour management systems

Required skills and experience

Valid teaching qualification (QTS)
Previous experience in Early Years preferred
Knowledge of the National Curriculum expectations
A nurturing and caring approach with young people
Commitment to a long-term role
A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months.
Minimum of 2 excellent references required.
