- Proven experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or similar role

- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in customer service software and tools
- Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers with professionalism
