The Senior Manager is responsible for delivering quantitative customer insights to Sales & Marketing teams' so that decisions can accurately response to market changes and customers' needs.Client DetailsThis multinational company has facilitated international trade between suppliers and buyers through reputable events in Hong Kong and throughout Asia for over 40 years. They also offer international trade media platforms for information sharing and thought leadership.DescriptionThe Senior Manager is responsible for delivering quantitative customer insights to Sales & Marketing teams' so that decisions can accurately response to market changes and customers' needs. The key objectives of the role is understand the various customer segments, enhance product proposition, review customer experience and life cycle management, drive synergies between the different product lines, and ultimately achieve business growth in collaboration with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams.ProfileThe qualified candidate should hold a Bachelor degree and demonstrate the ability to extract and analyse data, and communicate insights in an easily understood manner. Besides technical skills in data analytics, the Senior Manager should demonstrate the abilities in project management, stakeholder management, and leadership.The job scope requires at least five years of work experience in data and insights, particularly in working with large sets of data in a B2B setting. Experience managing a team or collaborate with less experienced colleagues is a key advantage. Solid technical skills in employing research tools and methodologies, including BI/data analytics tools* and methodologies like focus groups and interviews, would demonstrate that the candidate is equipped for the role.
