Are you an experienced Supply Teacher looking to enhance your Teaching skills with the main objective of fostering a positive learning environment? Are you a dedicated professional who is motivated and willing to develop pupils develop their functional reading and writing skills? Are you currently enrolled on a PGCE course relating to Education and wanting to gain valuable classroom exposure?Teaching Personnel are working with exceptional Secondary Schools based in Warrington who are looking for Day to day and Long-Term cover for immediate or September 2024 starts!Responsibilities:

Support with delivering lessons and managing student behaviour.
Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help students with special educational needs or those requiring additional support.
Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to monitor student progress and address concerns.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational environment.
