- Develop new & maintain existing customers, promote compressed air product & solution to achieve sales revenue set for the given Northern territory.
- Maintain good customer relationship with all existing customers and increase customer shares, with create customers’ need that improve customers’ productivity.
- Aggressively explore the given territory to identify new segments & new customers who could benefit from the assigned products, generate new sales opportunities.
- Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation…etc. to identify and fulfill customers’ needs and transform the opportunities to sales orders.
- Gains customers’ acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements in products.
- Periodically perform SWOT analysis for own territory, competition analysis, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
- Prepares sales activities reports timely and accurately by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends.
- Cooperate with credit & finance department to improve the performance of receivables collection & reduce overdue.
- Cooperate with service operation and business support teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Degree or diploma holders from engineering background.
- Good in presentation skill, computer literate (Words, Excel, Power Points etc).
- Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets.
- Industrial equipment sales handling.
- Good working attitude & persistency in pursuing own goals.
- Analytical person with innovative problem-solving ability.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
- Able to speak in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
