- Experience in Commercial or HealthCare new build projects
- Experienced in dealing with packages of an internal build (Drylining, Flooring etc)
- 1st fix or 2nd stage experience
- Main contractor experience preferred
- Knowledge of UK building regulations including UK H&S construction laws and their application
- Experience of interfacing with Design and Architectural team
- Ability to manage Assistant Site Managers and subcontractors
- SMSTS, CSCS Black Card (white card also acceptable in some cases) - must be current
- Stress Management
- High levels of quality standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and produce accurate work
- Assist the Project Lead in the delivery of the Project
- Control of subcontractors and directly employed labour
- Liaison with the Client and their agents
- Review of ongoing works with a view to highlight potential defects
- Advising production teams on 'lessons learnt'
- Assist with the preparation of O&M's
- Lead daily Start Up meetings
- Run Black Hat meetings
