You will work with business stakeholders and business process owners to define data models, data (maintenance) processes and data governance. If you match this description, get in touch!What you’ll doYou will be responsible for the data model, data process and data governance on business partner (Customer and Vendor) in our existing systems and help define it for our future way of operating.It will be your role to deploy the customer and vendor data governance to the Signify organization and ensure process adherence can be measured and is followed.You will discuss with the different businesses how customer and vendor master data models are included in their processes and translate the implications to data and data management.You will manage a small global team on a day to day basis, but also coach them and guide them during their careers in Signify.You will work with your colleagues on domain spanning data management topics, like metadata repository (Collibra).Your qualificationsStrong thought leadership on business partner (Customer and Vendor) in a product and services driven company like Signify in an SAP S/4 contextExcellent pro-active (senior) stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with managing small global teams, coaching and developing the careers of your team members as an empathetic authentic people managerAbility to articulate, own and drive a multi-year domain roadmap with tangible business outcomes and measurable KPI’s to show progress.Strong business/functional understanding of Customer Master, Vendor Master and business partner concepts in a products and services driven company like Signify.Thorough understanding of the legal/compliance related requirements for the domain you own/manage.What you’ll get in return…You will get the opportunity to join an enthusiastic, energetic, highly knowledgeable, international global team and be part of a company changing business transformation (with system implementation) that will prepare Signify for the next decade.
