- Build and manage excellent strategic relationships with retailers and deep understanding of market landscape
- Lead and partner with retailers to develop Joint Business Plan, devise yearly brand investment plan (BA, animation, distribution, A&P, supply chain operations, shopper marketing etc.) and strategy to grow sustainably
- Drive regular review and deliver all KPI (sales, market share, profitability, inventory targets etc.)
- Negotiate with retailers on commercial trade terms, space and location, A&P support etc.
- Provide monthly sell out reports, market insights and analysis with action plan recommendation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation and resolve issues to ensure speedy and perfect execution in stores
- Monitor competitive activity and trends in markets, customers, products, and channels. Share insights & recommendation.
- Recommend opportunities for expansion in new city/market/store with clear business rationale
- Full ownership of P&L, preparation, presentation to management, monthly expenses and profit review
- Take accountability for customer P&L and sell-in/ sell-out target achievements
- Deliver retail excellence for all Point of Sales in airport, downtown, online.
- Work closely with Retail Excellence and Store Design / Visual Merchandising teams to deep dive and map out store/boutique operational process, client experience, frontline workflows and productivity. Identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations to improve. Ensure fundamentals: no OOS, perfect merchandising, strong BA capability.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure execution of 360 launch plans (training, trade plan, incentives, media)
- Coordinate between internal departments, retailer, agency to ensure on-time content development and campaign executions
- Accelerate digital transformation, activations, online brand visibility and sell-out growth
- Manage team of 7 (across Retail, VM & Training functions) based in Shanghai & Hainan & 40+ retail frontline staff in China
- Motivate & engage the team to deliver results & strong performance
- Develop key profiles within the team through proper career pathway planning & training development plan
- University graduate. Proficient in Chinese Language an advantage
- Minimum 2 years experiences in account management. Experience in Beauty ideal but not a must
- With fighting spirit, self driven with passion to & a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft office
